MY LIFE CHANGING ESSENTIAL OIL

FULL SPECTRUM CBD

We are in this together. CBD oil is taking the world by storm and yet many physicians still believe in Big Pharma. We must learn all we can and stand up for our rights to do what works best for us individually. Unfortunately when anything starts trending, companies come out of the woodwork only caring about the money. If you already use CBD oil...GOOD.
If you want to use what I use, contact me.

What is Full Spectrum?  There are various types of CBD, but since I think Full Spectrum is the best, that is what I will share with you.  Full spectrum means (as copied from the internet)...

Full spectrum CBD or hemp oil generally refers to products that not only contain CBD but contain the other plant molecules as well. This version of CBD oil is minimally refined, leaving most of the cannabinoids and terpenes intact and in the oil.

Believe it or not, CBD (cannabidiol) is just one of 100+ cannabinoids that have been identified in the Cannabis sativa L plant. Full-spectrum CBD oil includes most of these cannabinoids, while CBD isolate oil contains only the isolated CBD compound.

Depending on what exactly you are trying to achieve, full-spectrum CBD oils can work better than CBD isolate. In fact, research has shown that cannabinoids working together are more effective than cannabinoids working by themselves. This phenomenon is known as the entourage effect (more on that later).

In addition to a full inclusion of cannabinoids, full-spectrum CBD oil contains an assortment of other beneficial plant-based ingredients. These ingredients may include:

  • Essential vitamins and minerals
  • Beneficial fatty acids (i.e. Omega-3 and Omega-6)
  • Plant-based protein and fiber
  • Chlorophyll
  • Terpenes
  • Flavonoids

In language more understandable - Full Spectrum CBD contains everything. It's like eating an apple. You get many different vitamins when you eat the whole apple.  Labs can extract just vitamin B-6; but for me, I want all the vitamins - the full spectrum.

🌱 📝 7 things to consider when buying CBD oil:
1.) - Be sure you are using a quality product. Read the labels for additives, chemicals and unnecessary ingredients that dilute and destroy the product. Check lab results, COAs, mold + toxicity reports, gas and chromatography reports, etc.
2.) - Check extraction method - CO2 is best. Ethanol tends to leave behind solvents and residue in the oil.
3.) - Check reviews! Some people get sick from taking a crappy CBD, others have phenomenal results- again quality matters. Check the return policy, not all CBD oil companies will refund you if you have a poor experience.
4.) - Serving suggestion varies based on the individual person. Some need 15mg a day and others need 30mg.
5.) - Don’t be sold by marketing terms such as nanotechnology, liposomal, bioavailability etc - there is zero science backing this regarding CBD. It's a marketing ploy.
6.)- Full spectrum will likely give better results (the therapeutic range is much wider) VS a CBD only product but if you’re worried about drug testing then get a CBD only product as the THC in the full spectrum can show up on a drug test. Rare,, but can.

7.) Know your supplier.

🌿💚🌿💚🌿💚

WILL IT MAKE ME HIGH?

(TAKEN FROM WAY OF LEAF ON THE WEB)

Also, one last thing before we explain the benefits of full-spectrum CBD oil. It’s important to understand that full-spectrum CBD can come from both hemp and marijuana. Products that are for sale online (and that can be shipped to a variety of areas) are made from hemp. Hemp products must have a THC content at or lower than 0.3% to be sold in the U.S.

THIS AMOUNT OF THC WILL NOT MAKE YOU HIGH.
SOME PEOPLE HAVE POPPED POSITIVE, BUT IT IS RARE AND UNLIKELY.

One of the most important studies relating to full-spectrum CBD oil took place at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2015. It compared the performance of a full-spectrum cannabis extract with one that contained CBD only. The study concluded that, in mice, the full spectrum extract was more effective for pain and inflammation. In fact, scientists claimed that the whole plant cannabis extract was “ideal for clinical uses” as compared to isolated CBD.

In other words, while “pure CBD” can be effective, it appears that full-spectrum extract is preferable for therapeutic purposes. And indeed, there has been scientific validation to back this up.

Full-spectrum CBD oil has been known to help relieve pain, reduce stress,
 and help improve sleep patterns.

I will be posting more about CBD as time goes along. The take away from this post is that Full Spectrum CBD is the best product, a life changing essential oil, and the list of benefits is almost endless. How much to take? As much as you need to make a difference. Experiment. It won't hurt you. And, like I have said before, if you want some Tennessee grown and made CBD that is very powerful, please contact me.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
SKIN - This blend is one of my favorites.  Be sure to use 100% pure therapeutic grade. The blend consists of Frankincense, Sandalwood, Myrrh, Vanilla and the carrier oil fractionated coconut oil. You need to know what qualities these oils have that make them so wonderful for our skin.

FRANKINCENSE -  It is an antiseptic that is also effective to eliminate germs in the air when diffused. The astringent properties also REDUCE THE APPEARANCE OF WRINKLES (!!). Applied topically or inhaled, it can make the scars and marks of boils, acne, and pox on the skin fade at a much faster rate. This also includes the fading of stretch marks, surgery marks, and fat cracks associated with pregnancy and delivery. It promotes the regeneration of healthy cells. And, it helps eliminate sun spots, remove micro-wrinkles around the eyes and cheeks, and generally tone and tighten skin all over your body, while simultaneously replacing old or dying cells with new and healthy ones! Wowzers - I want to pour it all over my body!

SANDALWOOD - Promotes healthy smooth skin. It reduces the appearance of scars and blemishes. It is a skin moisturizer and an astringent. Dr. Axe (google him) has enormous information on all these essential oils - should you want more information.

MYRRH - A famous oil/resin because it was brought to the baby Jesus by the Wisemen; along with Gold and Frankincense. These three were very valuable. Myrrh is mentioned 152 times in the Bible. It was used as a spice, a remedy and to purify the dead. Known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

VANILLA - Amongst all the valuable benefits, Vanilla prevents acne and slows down the aging process.

CARRIER OIL - FRACTIONATED COCONUT OIL - Liquid coconut oil. In my opinion, this is the best carrier oil that can be used. Mix with all the above oils to make the most luscious oil for you skin; especially for the face.

You can also use just one of the above oils along with coconut oil. Have fun experimenting.

TEA TREE OIL - Top 10 Uses

iStock_000023112773_SmallI really love Tea Tree oil. This article by Dr Axe tells it all.

Tea tree oil, also known as melaleuca, is well known throughout Australia for its ability to treat wounds and because of its powerful antiseptic properties. Documented in medical studies to kill many bacteria, viruses and fungi, it’s an essential part to anyone’s natural medicine cabinet.
A study published in the British Medical Journal found that melaleuca is “a powerful disinfectant and is non-poisonous and gentle” to the body. In 1923, Dr. A.R. Penfold found that tea tree oil was 12 times (!) more effective at healing infections than the conventional antiseptic at that time (carbolic acid).
During the 1930s and 1940s, tea tree oil became widely known as the go-to antiseptic, and during the Australian World War II soldiers were given tea tree oil in their first aid kits.
Today, tea tree oil uses are numerous. They include making homemade cleaning products, diffused in the air to kill mold, used topically to heal skin issues and taken internally to treat infections.

Tea Tree Oil Benefits

To date, 327 scientific studies refer to tea tree oil’s antimicrobial prowess alone! As if thousands of years of use have been done in vain, right! Thankfully, science is finally catching up and describing why tea tree oil is so effective as a treatment for some of its more traditional uses:
  • Acne
  • Bacterial infections
  • Chickenpox
  • Cold sores
  • Congestion and respiratory tract infections
  • Earaches
  • Fungal infections (especially candida, jock itch, athlete’s foot and toenail fungus)
  • Halitosis (bad breath)
  • Head lice
  • MRSA
  • Psoriasis
  • Soften dry cuticles
  • Soothes itchy insect bites, sores and sunburns
  • Zap boils from staph infections
And this list doesn’t even include the cosmetic and general home uses of tea tree oil!
  • Acne face wash
  • Anti-microbial laundry freshener
  • Insect repellant
  • Natural deodorant
  • Removes foot order
  • Removes mold
  • Household cleaner
An article published in the journal Phytomedicine last year evaluated the relationship between various essential oils and found that none (including tea tree) caused adverse reactions when taken with several different antibiotics. In fact, they discovered that some essential oils even had a synergist effect, which could help prevent antibiotic resistance!
In many causes, doctors of functional medicine will prescribe essential oils like tea tree oil and oil of oregano in replacement of conventional medications because they are just as effective and without the adverse side effects.
